Rifugio Campomulo, Campomulo (Asiago)
An evening loop walk through the pastures and beech and fir forests of Campomulo, on the Asiago Plateau. The route, of medium difficulty with less than 300 meters of elevation gain, is designed to capture the light and colors of sunset in one of the most evocative moments of the day. The hike, led by Asiago Guide, starts from Rifugio Campomulo at 5:30 PM and ends with dinner at the same refuge. The menu includes a platter of cured meats and cheeses from the Plateau, a choice of first course (butter and sage dumplings, lasagna with beef ragù, pasta with ragù, tomato sauce, or plain), water, and a quarter liter of wine.
