Exhibition "Olivetti. L'arte di comunicare"

From April 24 to September 27, 2026, the frescoed halls of Palazzo Sturm in Bassano del Grappa host "Olivetti. L'arte di comunicare", an exhibition curated by Fiorella Bulegato and Giorgio Cedolin. The exhibition brings together over 130 graphic artifacts (brochures, posters, instruction booklets, books, documents, and objects from private collections) to retrace the history of visual communication of the company founded in Ivrea by Camillo Olivetti in 1908. A journey through graphics, advertising, and coordinated image that marked Italian design culture. Every Sunday, from April 26 to September 27, guided tours are scheduled with a fixed departure at 11:00 AM, with an extra appointment on Friday, May 1 at the same time.
CineFestival di Operaestate al Giardino Parolini

The Giardino Parolini in Bassano del Grappa turns into an open-air cinema with the CineFestival di Operaestate, running from June 29 to August 30, 2026. The festival offers 56 screenings of Italian, European, and international films, with a special focus on premieres and the most anticipated titles of the season. Before the screenings, the space comes alive with "R-Estate in Giardino": concerts, workshops, and aperitifs accompany the audience until the film starts, creating an informal and convivial atmosphere. The festival adheres to the Cinema Revolution initiative: tickets for Italian and European films cost €3.50.
B.Motion 2026 – Contemporary Dance Festival

B.Motion 2026 is the contemporary dance festival included in the Operaestate Festival Veneto program in Bassano del Grappa. From August 21 to 30, 2026, various city venues (Villa Ca' Erizzo, Chiostro del Museo Civico, Chiesa di San Giovanni, CSC San Bonaventura, Palazzo Bonaguro, Teatro Remondini, gym of Liceo Brocchi) host shows, workshops, and performances by international artists and companies. The program includes, among others, the shows "Meet the Choreographer", "Core in fabula", "No Caption Needed", "Dove cresce ciò che salva", "Michel – The Animal I Am", "Derive", "Turnoil", "Aquile", "Waterkind", "The Body Symphonic", "Hairy 2.0", "Le Repos", "Nel nido" and "Libellula – Panegirico per la libertà", as well as workshops and the Dance Well Teaching Course.

Il Veneto Classic 2026 è una gara ciclistica internazionale che si svolge su un circuito con arrivo a Bassano del Grappa. L'evento, organizzato in collaborazione con la Provincia di Vicenza, rientra in un progetto di destagionalizzazione turistica del territorio. La manifestazione sportiva attira appassionati di ciclismo e visitatori, offrendo un'occasione per scoprire il territorio.

The Galleria Civica of the Museo di Bassano del Grappa presents a major retrospective dedicated to Sebastião Salgado, resulting from the collaboration with the Maison Européenne de la Photographie in Paris. Curated by Pascal Hoël, the exhibition is the first in Italy to retrace the entire career of the Brazilian photographer through over 160 shots. The exhibition itinerary is divided into two main sections: the first hosts the most famous series of social reportage, including Workers, Exodus and the shots of Serra Pelada, while the second is entirely dedicated to Genesis, the imposing project on the still unspoiled landscapes and communities of the planet. An opportunity to cross decades of committed photography, from the denunciation of inequalities to the search for the primordial beauty of the Earth. The opening is scheduled for October 23, 2026. Promoted by the Municipality and Musei Civici of Bassano del Grappa, MEP and Silvana Editoriale, the exhibition will continue until spring 2027.
