On July 25 and 26, 2026, Gallio hosts the fourth edition of "Su, in Malga!", an event dedicated to products from alpine pastures and mountain biodiversity. The malghe of the Via delle Malghe set up direct sales stands with cheeses, honeys, and jams. The program also includes presentations of the European LIFE Vaia project, guided tours of the Monte Longara pilot area, cheese-making demonstrations, and sensory tastings. For children, biodiversity workshops are planned. The event is organized by the Municipality of Gallio in collaboration with Fondazione Asiago 7 Comuni, Rigoni di Asiago, Caseificio Pennar, and Associazione Le Terre Alte.
Hours: 09:00 - 19:00 Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July 2026, from 09:00 to 19:00. Locations: Gallio Town Hall (Council Chamber), Piazza Italia, Sala Verde, Monte Longara area. Free admission.
