On 8 November the Comune di Pederobba celebrates the Giornata delle Forze Armate and the Festa dell'Unità Nazionale with a ceremony in honour of those who fell for the homeland. The day brings together the memory of the soldiers and civilians who experienced the war and a moment of respect and gratitude expressed by the community. The programme begins at the bridge by the monument to the Marinai d'Italia, with the formation of the procession and the laying of a wreath on the Sacro Fiume Piave. This is followed by Holy Mass in the Chiesa Parrocchiale di Covolo and, in Piazza Pio X, the ceremony with the laying of a wreath at the Monumento dei Caduti. The event is organised by the Comune di Pederobba, with the participation of the Banda Musicale di Pederobba and refreshments offered by the Pro Loco di Covolo. The public is invited.
