Passo dopo Passo contro la violenza sulle donne
Piazza della Repubblica, davanti al Municipio
Organised by Comune di Portogruaro
On Sunday 29 November 2026, "Passo dopo Passo" returns, the collective walk open to all that unites sixteen municipalities between Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia to say no to violence against women. From Portogruaro, the start is at 9:00 from Piazza della Repubblica, in front of the Town Hall, and the other groups set off from nearby locations along routes ranging from 2 to 10 km. Everyone converges at Villa Mocenigo di Alvisopoli, in Fossalta di Portogruaro, where at 12:00 the greetings from the authorities and testimonies are scheduled. This is followed by a charity lunch with musical entertainment and, in the afternoon, the return by coach. Now in its ninth edition, the initiative brings together administrators, associations and citizens to raise awareness on the issue of gender-based violence and promote a culture of respect: every step reiterates that combating all forms of violence requires a collective effort. The event is promoted by the Municipality of Portogruaro together with the other municipalities involved.
