Silent walk against violence against women
Municipio di San Giorgio delle Pertiche
Organised by Comune di San Giorgio delle Pertiche
Also this year the Municipality of San Giorgio delle Pertiche joins the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women with a silent walk open to all citizens, of all ages. The meeting point is in front of the Town Hall at 7:30 pm, with departure at 8:00 pm. The route is indicative, between 6 and 10 kilometres: we walk together, in silence, to leave space for reflection and closeness on the theme of violence against women. Red scarves are distributed while stocks last. The initiative is organised by the Municipal Administration of San Giorgio delle Pertiche, with the collaboration of Atletica Foredil for the final refreshment. Participation is free, with the possibility of a voluntary donation.
