As part of the Caorlèstoria series, a meeting dedicated to the flood of 4 November 1966 sixty years on, to remember an event that marked the community of Caorle. The evening reconstructs those events through the testimonies of those who lived through them, readings, the screening of a video and a photographic exhibition. Speakers include engineer Fabio Vendrame, who illustrates the reinforcement works of the breakwater and the defence of the Caorle beach, and Vincenzo Clarizia of MeteoClari, who focuses on the weather conditions of that 4 November and on climate change. The readings and testimonies are entrusted to Agnese Benatelli, Gabriela Benatelli, Gigliola Leila Comisso and Sandro Dorigo; Vera Montisano moderates. The initiative is promoted by the Municipality of Caorle and the Civic Library of Caorle, with the exhibition of photographs on the flood curated by the FotoCineClub "El Bragosso" b.f.i. Caorle.
