The Museo Nazionale di Archeologia del Mare in Caorle opens free of charge on Sunday 1 November, the first Sunday of the month and All Saints' Day. At 15:00 there is the children's workshop "I nostri animaletti speciali: i traghettatori di sogni", dedicated to the psychopomp animals that in ancient civilisations accompanied man into the afterlife and protected children's nights. During the workshop participants make their own dream-protecting animal out of clay. The activity is free, no booking required, until places are filled. The museum is managed by the Direzione regionale Musei Veneto.
