The food stand opens every evening at 7:00 PM and offers traditional dishes: porchetta, grilled meat, fried fish, gnocchi, cod with polenta, and local wine. The program alternates between youth nights with a DJ, country music, tribute bands, and ballroom dancing, culminating in the fireworks display on Monday evening. The festival combines religious and social moments: on Monday, August 10th, the day of Saint Lawrence, there is a Holy Mass with a procession, followed by dinner at the stand and fireworks at 11:00 PM.
