On the occasion of World Science Day for Peace and Development, the Candiani Cultural Centre hosts the reading "Hedy Lamarr - La donna senza fili". The multimedia reading, with photographs, videos and drawings, retraces the life of Hedy Lamarr, actress and inventor of the spread spectrum communication system that is the basis of Wi-Fi. A tribute to a complex and brilliant figure, often remembered only for her beauty.
